When COVID shut down traditional training environments, athletes were left without structure, guidance, or a place to improve. Many turned to someone they trusted, an athlete and coach who had already built a reputation for helping others elevate their performance.
What started as small-group training sessions quickly evolved into something much bigger.
While balancing a full academic schedule at the University of Maryland, Hank Ferraro built the foundation through consistency, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to delivering real results. Over time, that foundation grew into a dedicated performance training environment focused on long-term athletic development, accountability, and high-level performance.

With over six years of coaching experience, Hank brings a results-driven approach to every athlete he works with. His background spans elite college football programs and professional performance facilities and he brings all of it to FORGE.
His philosophy: no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just accountability, hard work, and results.

From an early age, Hank had a natural passion for coaching. Whether helping friends with weightlifting or guiding teammates through agility work in high school, developing others always came naturally — it was never forced.

Hank served as a Strength & Conditioning and Sports Science Intern for University of Maryland Football before going on to work as a Performance Coach at EXOS in Gulf Breeze, Florida.

Founder of FORGE, Hank’s mission is simple: build better athletes and better people through hard work, discipline, and accountability.
